Mensa is an international society that has only one unique qualification for membership. You must score in the top 2% of the population on a standardized intelligence test. Sylvania Ave. - This is two doors to the right (facing) of Charlie's Ice Cream); Thursday, July12, 2012, Pho Vietnam (3636 Upton Ave., Toledo, OH). Pho Vietnam has a mix of Vietnamese dishes, along with Southern “soul food” cooking. Look for a sign that says Sweet Tooth Cafe (which is defunct); the Pho Vietnam sign was hand-lettered and small.
